Karangahake School is very fortunate to have an enthusiastic and supportive PTA who work hard for the children of our school. They raise a large amount of money each year for our school by taking on a range of activities. The PTA are well known for their amazing, delicious 'Bake Sale' days they have in the main street of Paeroa throughout some terms and the annual House Hotpot Nights. They also support the school Market at the end of the year.
The PTA meetings are held once a term in the school library and supporters are always welcome. The meetings are casual, but productive.

Parent Helpers
We are so thankful to the involvement of our school parents. They come to support curriculum activities like rocket science, enviro school tasks in the garden and arty crafts and constructions, not to mention coaching or managing sports teams.
Parents help provide baking and serving in the kitchen when we have hall events and in working bees for the school grounds.
All of our school trips are well supported with drivers, event volunteers and social media photographers.
